Pupuk Indonesia Plans $5.2-Billion Petrochemical Complex

Fertilizer company Pupuk Indonesia (Jakarta) is planning to build a $5.2-billion joint venture petrochemical complex in the Papua province of Indonesia, press reports say. Companies from Germany, Japan, and Korea are considering investing in the project, which will have a production capacity of 2 million m.t./year, reports add.
