EU to impose definitive antidumping duties on biodiesel from Argentina, Indonesia

The European Union intends to impose 'definitive antidumping duties' on biodiesel from Argentina and Indonesia, effective 27 November, the European Commission says. The measures consist of additional duty of 24.6% and 18.9%, respectively, on the two countries. The decision to impose the antidumping duties was taken this week by the European Council, following a 15-month investigation conducted by the commission.
