Vietnam project to include 3 petchem units; partners to provide $4 billion

The recently announced joint venture Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical (NSRP) project planned in Thanh Hoa Province, 180 kilometers south of Hanoi, will include 3 petrochemical production facilities in addition to a refinery, which in the first phase will have throughput of 200,000 bbl/day and use Kuwaiti crude oil.
