Tata Chemicals may revive plans to expand urea capacity at the company's Babrala, India, site, reports say. A decision to relaunch the $850-million investment, doubling capacity, would reflect changes in the Indian government’s urea policy, guaranteeing a 12–20% profit margin on new urea units, reports by Bloomberg and CNBC say.   Tata announced plans earlier to increase urea capacity at the Babrala site.
