(Helsinki) says it will invest €550 million ($808.5 million) in an 800,000-m.t./year diesel plant in Singapore, which will use renewable feedstock and will be the largest such facility. It will be based on Neste's new generation NExBTL technology that can use any vegetable oil or animal fat as feedstock. Neste has signed a long term contract with Singapore Oxygen Air Liquide (Soxal), a wholly owned subsidiary of Air Liquide, to source hydrogen feedstock for the unit.
