Momentive Builds Coating Resins Plant in Thailand

Momentive Specialty Chemicals says it is building a new plant in the Pinthong Industrial Estate in Chon Buri Province, Thailand. The new plant will increase the company’s capacity to produce acrylic-based resins and service customers in Southeast Asia. Construction of the plant is underway and the completion and commissioning of the plant is expected in the first half of 2013. When fully operational, the plant is expected to employ 30 people.
