Lummus Scoops Cracker Award for Rapid Project in Malaysia

CB&I announced today that its Lummus Technology unit has been awarded a contract by Petronas for the license and engineering design work for five petrochemicals units. The project is part of a previously announced $20-billion refinery and petrochemicals integrated development (Rapid) development to be located in Johor, Malaysia, close to the Singapore border.
