Lanxess to Begin Construction of Nd-PBR Plant in Singapore in September

Lanxess says it will break ground on the previously announced €200-million ($267 million) neodymium polybutadiene rubber (Nd-PBR) plant at the Jurong Island Chemical Park in Singapore, on September 11, 2012. The plant will have a production capacity of 140,000 m.t/year and is expected to start production in the first half of 2015.
