Israel Chemicals (ICL; Tel Aviv), a leading specialty minerals company, today announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Duc Giang (Hanoi), a privately-owned Vietnamese company, to cooperate in building and expanding a phosphate operation in Vietnam to serve the country and the wider Southeast Asian market.
