Regions :: Southeast Asia Ineos Takes Control of Paraffins Unit1:16 PM MST | February 19, 2008 | Chemical Week Editorial Staff Ineos has agreed to increase its stake in Ineos Asiatic Chemical Co. (IACC; Bangpoo, Thailand) from 60%, to 100%, by purchasing the share of East Asiatic Thailand Public Co. (EACT; Bangkok). The deal is expected to close by the end of next month. IACC produces chlorinated paraffins and other blended products, and has sales of €9 million/year ($13 million).
