Indorama to Acquire FiberVisions

Indorama Ventures (Bangkok) has agreed to acquire FiberVisions (Duluth, GA), a manufacturer of specialty polyolefin-based mono and bicomponent fibers. FiberVisions is owned by private equity firm Snow Phipps Group (New York). Financial details were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to close on January 6, 2012....
