Holland Colours and Gaypa Form Joint Venture in Indonesia

Holland Colours (Apeldoorn, the Netherlands), a producer of colorants and additives for the plastics industry, and Gaypa Srl (Quinto Vicentino, Italy) said on Friday that they have signed an agreement to form a joint venture in Indonesia. The joint venture, P.T. Holco Indo Jaya, will produce and sell Holland Colours’ Holcomer UHT product line. Gaypa will contribute its production and process know-how.
