Dynea sells its Asia/Pacific business to Japanese polymers group AICA

Dynea Chemicals (Helsinki), a leading global supplier of adhesives and surface solutions, today announced it has agreed to sell its Asian division, Dynea Asia/Pacific, to AICA Kogyo (Aichi, Japan), a leading Asian polymer chemistry company, for €150 million ($194.7 million), in cash on a debt-free basis.
