Dow HPPO Joint Venture Plant Starts up in Thailand

A propylene oxide (PO) plant operated by SCG-Dow Group, a joint venture between Dow and Siam Cement at Map Ta Phut, Thailand, has commenced full production. The world-scale facility has completed a performance test at full capacity, which is slated to be 390,000 m.t./year.
