Dow Begins Production of Polyolefin Encapsulant Films in Thailand

Dow Chemical says it has begun production of Enlight polyolefin encapsulant films for use in photovoltaic solar panels at the new manufacturing facility at Map Ta Phut, Thailand. Dow announced in August 2011 that it will build two new manufacturing plants for its Enlight polyolefin encapsulant films one at Map Ta Phut and another at Schkopau, Germany.
