Celanese to build VAE emulsions plant in Southeast Asia

Celanese says that it will build a vinyl acetate ethylene (VAE) emulsions production unit in Southeast Asia. The plant is expected to begin production by mid-2016. The new production unit will manufacture VAE emulsions for high-end applications, Celanese says.
