BASF Expands Antioxidants Capacity in Singapore

BASF says that it is building an additional antioxidant production line at Jurong, Singapore. BASF supplies a range of antioxidants under the Irganox brand. The investment strengthens the production focus of Irganox 1010 at the Singapore site and it will support customers in growing markets, helping to meet demand for antioxidants in Asia and the Mideast, BASF says.  Antioxidants are used during the processing of polymers in order to provide long-term thermal stability to products, BASF says.
