Afton Chemical Builds Additives Plant in Singapore

Afton Chemical (Richmond, VA), part of NewMarket Corp., announced the construction of a chemical additive manufacturing facility on Jurong Island, Singapore. The project was approved by the NewMarket board on Tuesday. The plant will be wholly owned and operated by Afton and is part of the company’s expansion in Asia/Pacific.
