APIC 2011: Asian Industry Is Upbeat; Hambrecht Sees Changing Landscape

The Asia Petrochemical Industry Conference (APIC) at Fukuoka, Japan, attended by more than 1,400 delegates, heard today about the region's huge growth potential.
