Venezuela and Japan Study Petchem Investments

Venezuelan president Hugo Chávez and the government of Japan have signed 12 agreements to explore energy, infrastructure, and petrochemical projects in Venezuela. Chávez and Japanese Prime Minister Taro Aso announced the agreements during a visit Chávez made to Japan last week.
