Yara and OCP Form Fertilizer JV in Brazil

Yara International (Oslo) and Moroccan phosphate provider OCP (Casablanca, Moroccos) say they will establish a 50-50 fertilizer joint venture in Brazil and will enter into a phosphate rock supply agreement. Under terms of the agreement, OCP will gain a 50% interest in Yara's existing terminal and production plant at Rio Grande.
