Ube to Establish Subsidiary in Brazil

Ube Industries says it will establish a subsidiary at São Paulo, Brazil, which will serve as a launch pad for developing the market for Ube group products in central and South America. The new subsidiary dubbed Ube Latin America Servicos will be established in July. Ube’s subsidiaries Ube Corp.
