The partners aim to establish an equally owned holding company, TS Participações S.A. in June 2012. The new company will absorb the existing affiliates Toyo-Setal Engenharia, whose business covers onshore engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) work, and Estaleiros do Brasil (EBR), engaged in offshore EPC projects.
