Toyo Engineering Forms Joint Venture in Brazil

Toyo Engineering and SOG Óleo e Gás (Rio de Janeiro), a leading Brazilian engineering company, have agreed to form a joint company to reinforce their operations in Brazil. The partners aim to establish an equally owned holding company, TS Participações S.A. in June 2012. The new company will absorb the existing affiliates Toyo-Setal Engenharia, whose business covers onshore engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) work, and Estaleiros do Brasil (EBR), engaged in offshore EPC projects.
