Kemira completes divestment of coagulant business in Brazil

Kemira said today that it has completed the divestment of its Brazilian iron and aluminium coagulant business to Bauminas. The transaction was announced on 29 November. The deal included coagulant-business-related assets, liabilities, and personnel of Kemira WaterSolutions Brazil and shares of Nheel Química as well as its three coagulants manufacturing sites at Rio Claro, Araporti, and Lages...
