Kemira Water Solutions Brasil subsidiary has completed the purchase of two coagulants businesses of Dalquim Indústria e Comércio (Lages, Brazil) for an undisclosed sum, Kemira says (CW, Jan. 24, p. 37). The acquired businesses target the paper industry as well as municipal and wastewater treatment markets.
