Elementis to Buy Brazilian Coating Additives Firm

Elementis (London) today announced that it has agreed, through its wholly owned subsidiary Elementis Holdings Ltd., to purchase Watercryl Quimica (Watercryl), a Brazilian coatings additives company, for a cash consideration of $24 million.
