Dow Studying TDI Expansion in Brazil

Dow Chemical says it is carrying out a feasibility study to expand toluene diisocyanate (TDI) production at its manufacturing complex at Camaçari, Brazil. The proposed expansion would involve the use of a new process technology, which would turn Camaçari into a world-class production facility, Dow says. The added capacity would support growing demand for end-use polyurethanes products in Latin America.
