Dow AgroSciences in Deal to Develop Germplasm in Forage Seeds

Dow AgroSciences has announced a deal with The Royal Barenbrug Group to develop and commercialize advanced germplasm in forage seeds. The companies, under terms of the agreement, will work together to develop the hybrid “Brachiaria” germplasm. Financial terms were not disclosed. Dow will be a minority shareholder in Royal Barenbrug’s Barenbrug Holding, allowing Royal Barenbrug to form a new facility at Brazil.
