The companies, under terms of the agreement, will work together to develop the hybrid “Brachiaria” germplasm. Financial terms were not disclosed. Dow will be a minority shareholder in Royal Barenbrug’s Barenbrug Holding, allowing Royal Barenbrug to form a new facility at Brazil.
