Brazil's chemical trade deficit reaches $14.9 billion in first half of 2013, hits new high in 12 months to June

Brazil's chemical trade deficit reached $14.9 billion during the first half of 2013, according to Abiquim (São Paulo), the country's chemical industry association. Chemical imports during the first half reached $22 billion, 13.4% higher than in the first half of last year.
