Brazil Approves Dow BT Corn

Dow AgroSciences says it has received approval from Brazilian authorities to sell corn hybrids containing its Bacillus thuringiensis ( Bt) Herculex insect protection technology. The Brazilian Ministry of Agriculture (Brasilia) has approved four corn hybrids, and Dow says it expects to be able to sell its full range of Herculex hybrids in Brazil in the future.
