Braskem and PetroPeru Sign LOI to Progress Petchems Project in Peru

Braskem and PetroPeru (Lima) on Thursday signed a letter of intent (LOI) to carry out a feasibility study into a previously announced petrochemical complex planned as a joint venture between the two companies. Braskem America CEO Luiz de Mendonça said the study will take one year to completed and cost about $5 million.
