AkzoNobel inaugurates chemical complex in Brazil

AkzoNobel says it has inaugurated a €90-million ($116.9 million) pulp chemicals plant at Jupiá, Brazil, supplying the Eldorado Brasil cellulose pulp mill, which is the biggest in the world, the company says. Operated by AkzoNobel’s pulp and performance chemicals business, the Jupiá facility represents one of AkzoNobel’s largest investments in Latin America.
