AkzoNobel inaugurates chemical complex in Brazil

AkzoNobel says it has inaugurated a €90-million ($116.9 million) pulp chemicals plant at Jupiá, Brazil, supplying the Eldorado Brasil cellulose pulp mill, which is the biggest in the world, the company says.
