Abiquim: Brazil's chemical production up by 2.89% in 2012

Brazilian production of industrial chemicals was up by 2.89% in 2012 compared with the year before, according to preliminary figures released by Abiquim (São Paulo), the country's chemical industry association. Meanwhile, domestic sales of industrial chemicals increased by 7.43% over the same period.
