USTR seeks WTO dispute resolution for Argentina's import restrictions

The US Trade Representative (USTR), Ron Kirk, has asked the World Trade Organization (WTO) to create a dispute settlement panel to review Argentina’s import restrictions on articles including chemicals, plastics, agricultural products, and textiles.
