Polymer Group Buys Remaining Stake in Argentine JV

Polymer Group (Charlotte, NC) has purchased the remaining 40% stake in Dominion Nonwovens Sudamericana, S.A. (PGI Argentina; Buenos Aires) from its partner, Guillermo E. Kraves, the company announced today. PGI Argentina is now fully owned by Polymer Group. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
