FMC Forms Agchem Distribution Venture in Argentina

FMC says it has formed a joint venture in Argentina for the distribution of agchemicals. The jv, Ruralco Soluciones (Rosario), is a partnership with a group of achem dealers previously associated with distribution firm Agropecuaria del Litoral (Cañada de Gómez, Argentina).
