Clariant Buys Colombian Supplier

Clariant says it has acquired Toschem (Bogotá), a supplier of chemicals and services to the oil and gas, and industrial water treatment markets in Colombia. Financial terms were not disclosed. The deal is the latest in a series of deals meant to bolster Clariant’s oil services division, the company says.
