Showa Denko to Expand Capacity for High-Purity Ammonia in China, Japan, and Taiwan

Showa Denko says it will increase the production capacity for high-purity ammonia by a total of 2000 m.t./year at its sites in China, Japan, and Taiwan, to meet the growing demand from the electronics industry. Production capacity will be increased from 1000 m.t./year to 1,500 m.t./year at the company’s site at Kawasaki, Japan; from 1,500 m.t./year to 2,500 m.t./year at the company’s Taiwan Showa Chemicals Manufacturing subsidiary’s site at Tainan, Taiwan; and from 500 m.t./year to 1000 m.t./year at the company’s Zhejiang Quzhou Juhua...
