R&H Opens Two Units Serving the Semiconductor Market

Rohm and Haas (R&H) says it has opened the Asia Technical Center (Hsinchu, Taiwan), focusing on chemical mechanical planarization (CMP) technology, and a $60-million immersion lithography plant at its Advanced Technology Center at Marlborough, MA. Both units serve the semiconductor industry.
