Imdex Acquires Australian Chemicals Firm

Drilling products and services company Imdex (Perth, Australia) says it has signed a heads of agreement to acquire all shares in specialty chemicals firm Wildcat Chemicals Australia (Brisbane) for A$1.8 million ($1.6 million).
