Regions :: North Asia :: Taiwan DuPont to Double Solamet Production11:21 PM MDT | August 31, 2010 | Deepti Ramesh DuPont says it plans to double production capacity for its Solamet photovoltaic (PV) metallization pastes, due to strong, continued growth in the solar energy industry and accelerated demand for new materials that enable higher efficiency PV cells. The planned capacity expansion of Solamet products for the PV industry, involves DuPont Microcircuit Materials facilities at Dongguan, China; Taoyuan, Taiwan; and Manati, Puerto Rico.
