The Chinese government says that an Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement (ECFA) and an agreement on intellectual property protection are likely to be signed on June 29, during the fifth round of talks between China’s Association for Relations Across the Taiwan Straits (ARATS) and Taiwan’s Straits Exchange Foundation (SEF) at Chongqing, China.
