Regions :: North Asia :: Taiwan AZ Electronic Materials Expands Photoresist Plant9:50 AM MDT | July 25, 2007 | Chemical Week Editorial Staff AZ Electronic Materials (Luxembourg) says it will invest T$256 million ($8 million) to expand “significantly” photoresist capacity at Hsinchu, Taiwan. Construction is scheduled to start this month, and completion is scheduled for next October. The investment figure covers building, commissioning, design, equipment, and licensing. The project will enable AZ to make semi-finished products at Hsinchu for customizing at the same site.
