Songwon to Establish Subsidiaries in China

Songwon Industrial (Ulsan, Korea), an additives supplier to the polymer industry, says it will establish a series of wholly owned subsidiaries in China and will also prepare for future joint ventures in the country, to build its presence and meet customer demand in China. The new business structure for China will become effective in the second quarter of 2010. The new structure will be based on Songwon China, a wholly owned subsidiary of Songwon, which will be based in Hong Kong and will form the foundation from which other Songwon entities and joint ventures...
