Sika acquires flooring and coating products manufacturing facility in South Korea

Sika (Baar, Switzerland) says it has acquired a manufacturing facility located at Gunsan, South Korea. The facility manufactures and distributes flooring and coating products based on epoxy resins, acrylic emulsions, and polyurethane and employs 28 people. Financial details of the deal have not been disclosed. With this additional production capacity, Sika is taking another step in expanding its supply chain in Asia/Pacific, the company says.
