Showa Denko builds high-purity nitrous oxide capacity in South Korea

Showa Denko says it has decided to increase its capacity for supplying high-purity nitrous oxide (N2O), a specialty gas for semiconductor production, by cooperating with Dooam Industrial (Anseong, South Korea). Showa Denko and Dooam have signed an agreement for the production of high-purity N2O, and the two companies will jointly construct a purification facility within the premises of Dooam’s manufacturing site near Seoul.
