Samsung Engineering to merge with Samsung Heavy Industries

Samsung Engineering (Seoul), the largest engineering company in South Korea, says that it will merge with Samsung Heavy Industries (Seoul), the world’s market leader in drillship liquefied natural gas (LNG) carriers and floating production, storage and offloading (FPSO).
