SK Energy’s Petchem Business to Become SK Energy Chemical

SK Energy (Seoul), which had announced in May 2010 that it is pursuing a restructuring of its businesses, says that its refining and petrochemical businesses will form separate entities. New wholly owned subsidiaries tentatively dubbed SK Energy Chemical and SK Energy Refining & Marketing will be formed effective January 1, 2011.
