S-Oil builds petchems technical service and development center at Seoul

S-Oil (Seoul), a major oil refiner and aromatics producer partly owned by Saudi Aramco, said today that it plans to build a technical service and development center in the Magok industrial complex, at Seoul. S-Oil’s CEO, Nasser Al Mahasher, signed a contract today to move into the complex. The center will occupy an area of 29,099 square meters. S-Oil is building the center to bolster its R&D function, which will play a pivotal role in its refining and petrochemical downstream businesses.
