(Seoul), formerly DC Chemical, says it has signed a memorandum of understanding with the authorities of the city of Gunsan, and North Jeolla province in Korea, the Saemangeum Gunsan Free Economic Zone and Korea Rural Community Corporation to invest won10 trillion ($8.4 billion) in the Saemangeum Industrial Complex in Gunsan between 2010 and 2020.
